Hermi at the Sonepar Partnertreff 2024
At the Sonepar Partnertreff 2024 fair, Hermi highlights its Fast Klick® cable trays, the PKPM-SPH quick clamp, and POS earth rods
Klagenfurt am Wörthersee, 4 October 2024 – Hermi is once again participating in the Sonepar Partnertreff 2024, which will take place on 10 and 11 October 2024 in Vienna, Austria. At stand number 116 in the Marx Halle Wien, Hermi will showcase its new PKPM-SPH clamp for fastening mesh cable trays and the Fast Klick® cable tray series, along with all accompanying components. We will also highlight innovative earthing solutions and KON04 clamps, integral elements in nearly every lightning protection installation.
This year, special focus will be given to Hermi's range of cable trays. On display will be an exhibit featuring Fast Klick® cable trays, brackets, elbows, branches, and other common cable management products. The Fast Klick® series allows for fastening without screws or tools – the trays simply klick into place and are locked with special tabs. The major advantage lies in industrial cable route installations, where significant cost savings are realized through reduced installation time. To engage visitors, Hermi will organize a special competition, offering an interactive and exciting experience for all stand attendees.
In a significant market debut, Hermi will introduce the PKPM-SPH Quick Clamp to Austrian customers. This innovative clamp enables the quick and easy fastening of mesh cable trays, allowing the connection of two mesh trays (cut or uncut) without bolts or special tools. Available in various materials, the clamp is compatible with Hermi’s KPM (U-shaped) and KPMG (G-shaped) mesh cable trays, streamlining the installation process for users.
Given that lightning strikes the earth approximately 8 million times daily, protecting buildings and infrastructure from its destructive force is critical. Hermi will present its wide range of Hermi POS earth rods, offering effective solutions for the reconstruction of damaged or deteriorated earthing systems. Earth rods are an ideal alternative when standard excavation and placement of conductors around a building is not feasible, cost-effective, or aesthetically acceptable. The rods are hammered into the ground, eliminating the need for extensive excavation.
Additionally, various clamps essential for ensuring reliable connections between lightning conductors and other metal components will be on display. Special attention will be given to the KON04 D SIMPLE clamp, which is designed for ease of use with round lightning conductors with a diameter of 8–10 mm. Clamps play a crucial role in any lightning protection system, and Hermi’s high-quality, durable connection elements are the ideal choice.
