Automatic Servis, the leading provider of vending services in the Slovenian market, has built a new business and warehouse facility in the industrial zone in Celje. Hermi's solutions played a key role in the construction of the facility – its cable tray systems and lightning protection ensure a reliable and secure infrastructure, essential for the smooth operation of the centre.
To distribute electrical and other cables, the installer used nearly 750 metres of Hermi cable trays in the 2,162 m² building. This included 550 metres of the innovative Hermi Fast Klick® galvanised sheet metal trays. The Fast Klick® system allows for quick installation and interconnection without bolts or special tools, significantly reducing both installation time and labour costs. Cable trays of various widths (ranging from 50 mm to 300 mm), lengths (2 and 3 metres), and sheet metal thicknesses were used to adapt to the room layout and to the expected cable volume. The cable trays are installed at multiple levels.

Given the emphasis on fire safety, Hermi’s E90 cable tray system was installed to create fire-resistant cable paths. This included KP E90 cable trays, KL E90 cable ladders, NKP-SNV E90 brackets, and PKB-KOB05 E90 cable clamps – ensuring the continued operation of critical systems in the event of a fire.

To follow the wall contours and transition between horizontal and vertical runs, the cable trays were cut as needed. The cut edges were protected with ZP-RT1 edge tape.

Hermi’s lightning protection system also played a vital role in ensuring the building’s safety. The installation was carried out by Hermi installers.
They used 1,400 metres of stainless flat lightning conductor (90701) and 150 KON01 clamps to connect the conductors both underground and above ground.

Approximately 850 metres of 8 mm diameter aluminium conductor (90250) were installed for the air-termination and down-conductor parts of the lightning protection system, using over 700 Hermi fasteners and about 180 clamps, including KON02, KON04A, KON05, and KON27.
The round lightning conductor was laid on the attic and fixed using SON04 A roof fasteners.
For distributing and positioning the conductors on the flat, gravel-covered roof, SON17 C roof fasteners (117227) were used. For installation on sheet metal roofing, SON16 roof ridge fasteners (11622, 11631) were used. On the sheet metal attic, stainless steel SON04 A fasteners (429) with an integrated double-click system secured the lightning conductor. Wall screws ZON01 (201250) were used to attach the conductors along the building façade. The conductors were fixed to the fasteners using a screw system.
SON17 C roof fasteners were used for lightning protection installation on the flat, gravel-covered roof.
